IDENTIFICATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or through our website and booking platforms. Reservations by telephone, e-mail, website and other means of booking are subject to availability.
The minimum stay is two nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation, free of charge, up to 7 days before your arrival. Once this period has elapsed, we take your reservation as final and do not make refunds.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Solar Valadim provides the apartment of the category booked available from 2:00 PM on the date of arrival.
Our check-in is automatic (self-check-in) and a form is sent to guests to fill in their identification details for verification, two days prior to their arrival. Filling in the form is mandatory for foreign guests.
On the date of departure, guests must leave the apartment unoccupied of people and goods and undamaged by 11:00 AM. Check-in and check-out can take place outside of these times, as long as availability is checked with those responsible for the accommodation.

If the accommodation is not vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out, without any justification or prior consent from Solar Valadim, compensation corresponding to the price of one night will be charged, with the client only having the right to use the accommodation during this period if there is availability in the accommodation. Otherwise they will have to pay the compensation and leave the accommodation within a maximum of 2 hours.
Solar Valadim does not have a reception service. After validating the data provided when submitting the check-in form, a message/email will be sent in the morning of the day of arrival with the access codes and other relevant information, which will only be valid for the duration of each guest's stay.
DUTY TO NOTIFY
In the event of theft, damage to property, fire, flooding or other damage to the accommodation, the guest must immediately inform the management entity and collaborate in resolving the situation in question (contacts above - "IDENTIFICATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION").
END OF STAY
The management entity has the right to terminate the stay if the client fails to pay the amount due, as well as if the client displays any behavior that affects good coexistence, quiet or hygiene.
The client may request the end of their stay at any time up until 7:30 p.m., to take effect from 12 noon the following day, and there will be no refund of amounts paid.
